At Partners in Women’s Healthcare (PIWH) we provide a broad range of services to our patients. We realize that everyone’s time is valuable. Arriving at the appropriate time for your appointment is crucial to the efficiency of the Providers’ schedules and helps to decrease wait times. To avoid delays and interruptions in the daily appointment schedules we ask the following:
- - Patients are responsible for arriving prepared at their appointments on the correct day, at the correct time and in the correct location.
- - All forms should be completed prior to arrival. Please be sure to bring your photo ID and current insurance card to your appointment.
- - If your arrival is delayed, please call the office. Patients arriving late for an appointment by 15 minutes or more may be rescheduled.
- - We encourage patients to write down questions and bring them with you to your appointment.
New Patients:
- - Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.
- - If you have completed the Pre-Check-In process – a 15–20-minute early arrival time for the appointment is appropriate.
- - If a NEW patient is late for an appointment, they will be asked to reschedule the appointment.
