Appointment Hours:

At our Carlisle location, the hours of operation are typically 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Thursday and 8:00AM - 3:30PM Friday, by appointment only.

The office does close for staff to have a lunchbreak. There are times the Carlisle office maybe closed for the day due to Provider availability. If you do not have an appointment and need to pick up or drop off forms, records, or paperwork please contact the office at 717-243-8152 to confirm business hours and to avoid any inconvenience.

Once you schedule your appointment you will receive a unique link via text/email to complete the Pre-Check-In process. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to review any other information not included in this new process. Masks are now optional. If you are otherwise ill, please wear a mask to help prevent the spread of germs to other Patients and Staff. We look forward to seeing you!

Late Arrival to Appointment Policy

At Partners in Women’s Healthcare (PIWH) we provide a broad range of services to our patients. We realize that everyone’s time is valuable. Arriving at the appropriate time for your appointment is crucial to the efficiency of the Providers’ schedules and helps to decrease wait times. To avoid delays and interruptions in the daily appointment schedules please review the following information:

- Patients are responsible for arriving prepared at their appointments on the correct day, at the correct time and in the correct location.
- All forms should be completed prior to arrival. Please be sure to bring your photo ID and current insurance card to your appointment.
- Arriving late to your appointment may result in your appointment being delayed or rescheduled. Whenever possible, please contact the office if your arrival will be delayed.
- We encourage patients to write down questions and bring them along to the appointment.

New Patients:

- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.
- If you have completed the Pre-Check-In process – a 15–20-minute early arrival time for the appointment is appropriate.
- If a NEW patient is late for an appointment, they will be asked to reschedule the appointment.
